  • - sugar sand (1.7 kg);

  • –– guilt sourdough (1.5 tbsp. L.);

  • - pure water (9.5 liters).

Instruction manual

1

First you need to carefully process all the dishes in which the wine will be prepared. All containers should be well cleaned. Use boiling water with soda for this, then wipe the dishes dry and cover with a sterile towel.

2

Start processing berries. Do not forget that for wine you will need dense berries without external pollution. Otherwise, the drink will quickly cloud and deteriorate. Inspect and place each berry in a deep container.

3

Next, take a clean wooden pestle, crush the berries to a puree state and place in a saucepan, which should be put on a slow fire. Heat the berry mixture and boil for about 7 minutes.

4

Put the berries in a colander, squeeze the resulting juice with several layers of sterile gauze. Gradually add sugar, water and the required amount of yeast to the juice. Then gently stir until uniform.

5

Take clean bottles, spill grape wine and leave in a warm place for 29 days. During this time, the drink will ferment. Every 10 days taste the wine, and if necessary add sugar and mix.

6

After 29 days, strain the wine and pour it into clean bottles again. Close the covers tightly. After 2-3 weeks, the grape wine will be ready.

note

If you want to make wine from Isabella and Lydia varieties, then add more sugar to the drink and carefully monitor the fermentation process.
