Buy chilled chicken. The best option would be wings, drumstick and thigh. From the breast, the kebab is very lean. It is undesirable to take a frozen bird, as the taste of the meat changes slightly for the worse. But if there is no way to go to the store, feel free to pickle what is in the freezer of the refrigerator.

Cut the onion in half rings or chop it with a blender. Mix onions with a liter of kefir, add various spices, salt and herbs. To give a piquant taste, chop a little red bell pepper in large pieces and mix with marinade.

Rinse the chicken under cold water, dry and cover with kefir with vegetables and spices. About 400 ml of marinade will be required per kilogram of meat. Leave it for at least 3 hours, or rather put the container in the refrigerator overnight.

Put the pickled chicken in the wire rack or put on the skewers with pepper and start frying. Periodically pour the kebab with water and vinegar. After about 20-30 minutes, the aromatic meat will be ready to eat.
