My grandmother, when we visited her as a child, often put early milk in the Russian oven and served it for us for breakfast with a slice of loaf and raspberry jam. That was delicious! I still love the taste of baked milk, and when I tried these muffins, I immediately demanded a recipe from the hostess at home!

Optionally, you can also make "rosettes" of mastic. To do this, 5 g of gelatin must be soaked in cold water (2 tbsp. L.). So that it dissolves faster, it can be put in a water bath (just do not bring the mixture to a boil). And then, having cooled slightly, pour in the mass the sifted powdered sugar (200-250 g). Knead, drip a little lemon juice. Dilute the desired food coloring in a small amount of water, add to the mastic mixture and mix well again. From the resulting mass, fashion "flowers", decorate cupcakes.
