  • - semolina 2 teaspoons;

  • - milk 1 \ 4 cups;

  • To decorate:

  • - whipped cream 100 ml;

  • - powdered sugar 2 teaspoons.

Cooking dumplings. Boil semolina in milk and pour on a dish moistened with water. When the mass hardens, cut it into small cubes or figures.

Wash the apricots, halve and remove the seeds. Leave a few pieces for decoration, fill the remaining halves with 350 ml of water, add lemon juice and bring to a boil. Then cook the apricots for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then add sugar and salt and bring to a boil again.

Let the apricots cool slightly and chop them with a blender. In the apricot mass, add apple or apricot juice and beat until smooth.

Scald almonds with boiling water, peel and chop. Whip cream with icing sugar.

Pour the apricot soup into plates, pour a little whipped cream on top and use a toothpick to make patterns. Put semolina dumplings on each plate. Sprinkle almonds on the soup.

Instead of whipped cream, you can use ice cream.
