Soup is a dish that is present on our table daily. And, sometimes, you don’t know how to surprise and pamper your family. There are several simple and original recipes for soups, the preparation of which does not require much time and high financial costs.

Cream Cheese Soup

You will need:

For 1.5 - 2 liters of finished soup.

- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.

- Carrots - 1 pc.

- Onion - 1 pc.

- Processed cheese - 1 jar (100-150g).

- Sunflower oil

- Salt pepper

- Butter - 1 tbsp.

We clean the vegetables, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onions, chopped potatoes into cubes. In hot oil, fry the onions until transparent, add carrots, simmer for 4-6 minutes. Add the cubes of potatoes to the finished vegetables and lightly fry them. While vegetables are being cooked, put a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Cheese is bred in a small amount of hot water. Put vegetables in boiling water and cook them until cooked. Pour water and cheese into a saucepan with a thin stream, add butter, mix, salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add greens.

Mushroom and Cream Cheese Soup

You will need:

For 1.5 - 2 liters of finished soup.

- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.

- Champignons - 300 gr.

- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Onion - 1 pc.

- Processed cheese - 1 jar (100-150g).

- Sunflower oil

- Flour 1/3 - 1/2 tsp

- Salt pepper

We peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes, fill them with 1.5 liters of cold water and cook until half ready. Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent. We cut the mushrooms into thin plates and add to the pan to the onion, sprinkle with flour and mix thoroughly. Cheese is bred in a small amount of hot water and gently pour it into a pot pan, then add mushrooms and onions. Mix the soup, bring to a boil, if necessary, add salt and seasonings.

Quick noodle soup with egg

You will need:

- Chicken broth 1-1.5 l

- Vermicelli - spider web - 100 gr.

- Milk - 1 tbsp.

- Eggs 1-2 pcs.

- Carrots - 1 pc.

- Greens

- Sunflower oil

- Salt, spices

Fry the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Cut the carrots into strips. In boiling broth (you can use water), we fill in vermicelli and carrots, cook for 5-7 minutes. At this time, beat the eggs with milk with a fork and pour a thin stucco into the pan, mix. Add salt and seasonings to taste, boil for another 2-3 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

Smoked Chicken Soup with Cream Cheese

- Smoked chicken 250-300g.

- Potato 2-3 pcs.

- Carrots - 1 pc.

- Onion - 1 pc.

- Processed cheese - 100 gr.

- Any greens

- Sunflower oil

Boil smoked chicken and let it cool. We free the meat from the bones and skin, cut into thin strips and place in a boiling broth. Cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots with small strips and also send to the pan. While the vegetables are boiling, finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown, pour into a saucepan. Dissolve the melted cheese in a small amount and pour it into a soup in a thin stream, cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Finely chopped greens, if desired, are added to the plate.

Soup with chicken and egg pancakes

- Chicken breast - 300 gr.

- Eggs - 2-3 pcs.

- Carrots - 1 pc.

- Onion - 1 pc.

- Potato - 2 pcs.

- Salt and spices

- Vegetable oil

Cook the broth from the chicken breast, take out the meat, cut into small pieces (julienne), pour it back into the broth. Diced potatoes are also poured into the pan. Rub the carrots on a fine grater, finely chop the onion, overcook in sunflower oil until half ready. Pour overcooking into the broth and cook for 15-20 minutes. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and fry thin pancakes. They should be hard enough to cut into strips (like homemade noodles). Add the egg straws to the soup, boil for 5 minutes, cover and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
