Iced coffee
You will need classic coffee, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
In 200 ml of hot coffee, add 1-2 tbsp. l sugar and leave to cool.
In a tall glass, spread 50 g of chilled whipped cream and 2 balls of vanilla ice cream and pour in chilled coffee. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.

Caramel Ice Cream
Caramelize 200 g of sugar over low heat until golden brown. Add 200 ml of cream and bring to a boil. Caution: sugar can form lumps, so you need to mix until syrup is formed.
4 tsp ground coffee is mixed with 400 ml of cream, heated and heated with constant stirring over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Remove the bucket from the stove and leave to stand under the lid for 5 minutes. Warm cream and mix with caramel until a homogeneous mixture forms. Pour the caramel-coffee mass into a bowl, leave to cool and mix, so that the film does not form. Cool the coffee to room temperature and leave it in the freezer for at least 5 hours. We get the caramel-coffee ice cream and add it to the freshly brewed espresso.

Latte macchiato
It consists of three layers: milk at the bottom, milk in the middle of the espresso and milk foam at the top.
Pour 250 ml of 3% milk into a small bucket and heat without boiling. Beat hot milk until foam. Meanwhile, prepare 50 ml of espresso.
In a high transparent glass, lay out 2 tablespoons of foam, which we remove from the surface of the milk. Then slowly pour milk into a glass. Espresso is now poured into a glass on the wall and immediately serve ready Macchiato. If desired, you can sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa. Vanilla is also added to classic macchiato.

Loco coffee
Pour 3 tbsp into a wide whiskey glass. coconut liquor and add 50 ml of espresso. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mix a little. Add ice and 3 tbsp. whipped cream. 30 g of coconut flakes are mixed with cocoa powder and added to coffee.

Coffee orange
In 50 ml of espresso add 2 tbsp. orange juice, 40 ml of brandy or brandy and 1 tsp. Sahara. Pour into a heated glass and stir well. Add milk foam and decorate with slices of orange and (or) cocoa powder.

Pharisee Coffee
Pour 150 ml of hot strong coffee and 30 ml of brown rum into a cup. Preheat rum in a small bucket. Add 2 slices of sugar. From above we make a foamy hat of cream and immediately serve it on the table.

Irish coffee
1 tsp pour instant coffee with hot water, add 1 tsp. cane sugar. Stir well and add 35 ml of Irish whiskey. We put a long coffee spoon in a glass and gently pour 30 ml of cream on it. At will, we decorate with coffee beans.

Granite Coffee
We cut the vanilla pod along and scrap the contents. Add 100 g of sugar, 100 ml of water and boil the mixture together with the pod to a syrup. Then we take out the pod. Mix with 200 ml of espresso. We spread the mixture in a bowl and send it to the freezer for 4 hours. Then we take it out of the refrigerator and grind the frozen mixture shortly before serving. Spread in small cups.

Coffee Turkish Honey
Heat 40 ml of condensed milk. Pour 20 ml of honey, 40 ml of pistachio liquor and 40 ml of heated condensed milk in turn into a glass. Then gently pour the espresso into the condensed milk. Decorate with milk foam (whisk the milk and spread the foam with a spoon).

Coffee Banana Shake
Cut the banana into small pieces and mix with lemon juice. Add milk, vanilla ice cream, yogurt, maple syrup and 100 ml of coffee. Then beat in a mixer and fill high glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
