  • - lime slice;

  • - wooden skewers;

  • - a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • For marinade and sauce:

  • - onion head;

  • - head of garlic;

  • - 0.5 teaspoon Thai ground chili;

  • - 10 g of ginger root;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce;

  • - a tablespoon of lemon juice;

  • - a teaspoon of ground coriander;

  • - a teaspoon of ground cumin;

  • - a teaspoon of fine sugar;

  • - 0.5 tbsp. peanut butter;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of dried coconut milk concentrate.

Cut the chicken into 10 cm cubes.

Cooking marinade. In a bowl, mix finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, chili hammers, peeled and chopped piece of ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, coriander, caraway seeds and sugar.

Put the chicken in the marinade and mix well. Cover and let marinate for 2 hours.

Put pieces of meat on wooden skewers. In order for the tips of the skewers not to burn, you need to lower them for half an hour in cold water. Leave the marinade - it will come in handy. Oil the chicken. Bake or fry for 20 minutes, periodically turning.

Transfer the remaining marinade into a pan and pour a small cup of cold water on it. Boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add peanut butter and coconut milk concentrate. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Arrange the chicken skewers on plates and place a bowl with sauce next to it. Garnish with green onions and serve with lime.
