Meat sauce is a great addition to a wide variety of dishes. But sometimes he himself can become the star of dinner or lunch. Hot meat sauce will be the highlight of your table and an excellent independent dish.

You will need
- - 500 g of beef;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 onions;
- - a liter of meat broth;
- - 4 carrots;
- - 2 chili peppers;
- - 5-6 Art. l tomato paste;
- - 800 g of beans (canned);
- - grater;
- - garlic press.

Chop onions finely. On a coarse grater, rub the washed and peeled carrots. Cut the chili peppers: cut the green ponytails, halve and carefully remove the seeds. Cut the burning ingredient into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared vegetables a little.

Rinse and cut the meat into small pieces. Add it to the toasted vegetables. Fry the mixture until it is crumbly. Be sure to stir the ingredients from time to time in a pan.

Using a press (“crush”), squeeze the garlic. Mix it with tomato paste, add to prepared vegetables with meat. Fry everything for a couple of minutes. Pour in the broth and wait until it boils. Reduce the heat by half and simmer the dish for at least half an hour.

Fold the beans into a colander and wait for the liquid to drain completely. Add to the stewed sauce, mix. Add spices to taste. Preheat if necessary. Arrange the sauce in small salad bowls / mugs and serve.
note
To make the dish a uniform color, it is better to use red beans in your own juice.
Useful advice
If you serve the sauce as an individual dish, make sure it is hot. Be sure to add thin pita bread or tortillas to the dish - they will soften the sharp rich taste.
