- - fresh shrimp - 250 grams;
- - canned corn, green peas, red bell pepper - 50 grams each;
- - two stalks of green onions;
- - olive oil, soy sauce - to taste.

Beat raw eggs a little, salt and pepper.

Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan, pour the beaten eggs. Prepare the omelet, then mix it, put on a plate, set aside.

Heat olive oil in the same bowl, put chopped bell pepper, peas, corn, and fry for two minutes together. Add peeled shrimp, fry for another two minutes.

Put rice in a frying pan, fry together for three minutes, the shrimp should turn pink during this time.

Mix, add scrambled eggs, chives, soy sauce. Mix again, warm a little and send to the table!
