You will need

  • - 500 g of chicken breast;

  • - 800 g of pumpkin;

  • - 2 tbsp. l pumpkin seeds;

  • - 1 tbsp. l dry basil and marjoram;

  • - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;

  • - 1-2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 180 g of Dor Blue cheese and 100 g of Parmesan cheese;

  • - salt to taste.

Wash and peel the pumpkin. Cut it in half, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Rinse the chicken breast, dry and cut into small pieces, removing the bones. Put the pieces of fillet in a deep bowl and mix them with dry basil, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt to taste. Then put the meat in a baking dish.

Now you should do the pumpkin. Transfer previously sliced ​​pumpkin cubes into a large bowl. Add marjoram, remaining vegetable oil and salt. Mix everything well so that the seasonings are evenly distributed. Then add pumpkin seeds and finely chopped garlic to the pumpkin. Then gently and thoroughly mix everything.

Spice pumpkin with spices on top of the meat in the form. Cut Parmesan cheese into small cubes, and Dor Blue cheese into large cubes. Put both types of cheese on a pumpkin. Cover the mold with foil.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish there until the pumpkin is ready. Approximately it will take 1 hour.

Useful advice

Pack the form with foil so that its glossy side is inside, then the dish will cook faster and a golden crust will form.
