Broccoli cauliflower casserole can be both a light breakfast and a full dinner. You can diversify the dish with the help of additional ingredients - sauces, dressings or gravy.

You will need
- - 300 g of cauliflower
- - 300 g broccoli cabbage
- - 1 cup kefir
- - salt
- - soda
- - 2 eggs
- - 5 tbsp. l flour
- - 70 g spinach

In a saucepan, cook the cauliflower and broccoli until tender. Lightly salt the water or add spices as you like.

In a separate container, mix one cup of kefir, two eggs and flour. Add soda to the tip of the knife and finely chopped spinach. Mix all ingredients thoroughly or whisk with a mixer.

Put the boiled cauliflower and broccoli in the baking dish in an even layer. Top with kefir mass.

Bake the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Before serving, cut the casserole into portions and garnish with fresh herbs.
note
If desired, a few minutes before cooking, you can sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese.

Cauliflower casserole can be supplemented with tomato slices. So the dish will gain brightness and originality.
