Apple and rice pudding is a very light fragrant treat that can be prepared for breakfast. The recipe itself is quite simple, but the pudding on it turns out to be incredibly tasty, before serving, you can pour it with any sweet syrup.

You will need

  • - 4 apples;

  • - 100 g of rice;

  • - 100 ml cream;

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons margarine, fruit or berry jam, sugar;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 1 teaspoon of soda;

  • - vinegar.

Carefully peel medium-sized apples from the skin, remove the middle with seeds - use a special knife, as the apples should remain intact.

Pudding the molds with a margarine, put an apple in each. Pour fruit sauce or jam into the middle of the apple - the center should be completely filled with it.

Boil the rice to porridge, add the egg to it.

Separately, mix the cream with sugar, add soda, quenched with vinegar. Beat the mixture with a mixer, you should get a thick foam. Add this foam to the rice, whisk again with a mixer.

Put the mass in the shape of the apples, filling it with all the free space. Put the pudding in the oven, cook at 140 degrees - a golden crust should form on top. Fragrant apple-rice pudding is ready, serve warm.
