To prepare the dish you will need: 500 g of meat, 500 ml of cream having a fat content of 10% to 20%, 300 g of mushrooms, 200 g of cheese, 2 tbsp. dried herbs, vegetable oil, salt, spices - to taste. Cut the pork into small pieces. Peel, wash the mushrooms, chop them. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Fry the pork in a skillet preheated with butter. You need to fry the meat for about half an hour. Put mushrooms, salt, add pepper, mix and keep on the stove for 10 minutes. Pour in the cream, simmer for 10 minutes. Then add herbs, add cheese, mix and remove the pan from the heat. The dish is ready.

Potatoes and spaghetti are suitable for pork.

Cook the pork in a creamy sauce with white wine and mushrooms. Required: 1 kg of meat, 0.5 l of dry white wine. For the sauce: 400 ml of cream, 500 g of any mushrooms, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 4 tomatoes or 250 ml of tomato juice or 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 100 g butter, salt, spices - to taste. Prepare the meat: cut the bones, skins, lard. Cut the pork into slices 1.5 cm thick. Cut along the fibers. Put the slices of meat in a deep baking sheet, salt, pepper, pour 0.5 tbsp. the fault. Cover the top with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C for 45 minutes.

Cook the creamy sauce. Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices, put them in a pan. Add 2 tbsp. water, salt and lemon juice. Cover the saucepan, put on a large fire, wait for it to boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour the liquid from the mushrooms into a skillet, pour in the remaining wine and put the finely chopped onions. Cook the sauce over high heat until it is half full. Then put chopped tomatoes and meat juice from a baking sheet. Cook the sauce with a strong boil until its volume is reduced by 2 times. Pour in the cream and keep on fire for 10 minutes until thickened. Remove the frying pan from the stove, add butter, salt, pepper. Put the mushrooms on the meat, pour the sauce. Place the pan for a few minutes in the most preheated oven to lightly brown the surface.

When serving the dish, cut the meat into portions and pour the sauce from the pan.

Cook the pork with mushrooms and potatoes in a creamy sauce. Required: 800 g of pork (fillet), 2 large onions, 5-6 potato tubers, 800 g of champignons, 1 tbsp. cream (35%), 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp olive oil, 200 g of hard cheese, pepper, salt - to taste, 2.5 tbsp. water. Wash and chop the mushrooms, put them in a frying pan heated with olive oil, simmer them over high heat until the liquid boils away. Fry them, pepper, salt, put flour and mix. Pour in the cream, mix until the sauce is uniform, then gradually add water while stirring the sauce. Cook until thickened.

Cut the meat into layers, beat off. Cut the onion into rings. At the bottom of the baking dish, put half the onion, then the meat, pepper, salt. Put onions on top, sliced ​​potatoes on it. Salt, pour creamy mushroom sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 200-210 ° C for 1 hour. Remove the foil, sprinkle the dish with cheese and put it in the oven again for 15-20 minutes.
