- - Fresh oysters - 20 pieces;
- - wheat flour - 1.5 cups;
- - water - 300 ml;
- - peanut butter;
- - salt - 3/4 teaspoon;
- - baking powder - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, two tablespoons of peanut butter and cold water in a bowl until smooth.

Peel oysters from shells, rinse, dry. Sprinkle them with flour.

Heat the wok over high heat, add peanut butter to 190 degrees.

Dip each oyster in the dough, fry in oil until light brown. Put in a colander, drain the excess oil.
