You will need

  • - 200 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 70 g butter;

  • - 100 g flour;

  • - 2 tbsp Sahara.

Instruction manual

1

We lay out a pack of cottage cheese in a deep plate and add the eggs. Knead the cottage cheese well with a fork until smooth. You can grind cottage cheese with eggs with a hand blender.

2

Pour 2 tablespoons of sugar into the cottage cheese with eggs and mix well.

3

Put oil on a countertop or a large cutting board, sprinkle it with flour and carefully grind it with a knife until small crumbs. When grinding, the volume of oil increases significantly. Therefore, if you get too much creamy crumbs, you can freeze it another time.

4

Slightly grease the malt cooker’s bowl with butter and pour most of the crumb on the bottom. Fill with cottage cheese and evenly distribute the remaining crumb from above.

We select the “Baking” mode on the multicooker for 1 hour 20 minutes. Bake until the end of the program without opening the lid. You can adjust the baking time depending on the power of your slow cooker or use the oven (40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees).
