Boil carrots and parsley root until cooked. Cut or grate them.

Heat the meat broth and put the stewed mass into it. Salt, add spices and cook over low heat for 7 minutes.

Boil pasta in pre-salted water. Remove excess fluid using a colander.

Add pasta to a boiling pot with vegetables. Leave to boil for 2 minutes. Then pour in the grated cheese and boil until it melts. In the finished soup, if desired, you can add parsley.
