To make a pie dough (yeast), you need to slightly warm the milk and add melted butter to it. The mixture should be warm. Next add sugar, salt, yeast. Stir well, let stand for five minutes. Then add the flour. This dough will take three glasses of flour for sure, add the rest of the flour a little.

Take the dough and make a sausage, cut into several pieces and roll out. Put the filling and close. Fillings can be different: meat, vegetable, sweet.

Next, spread the pies on a baking sheet. Lubricate with a beaten egg (1 egg and 1 tsp of water). And send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Useful advice

Products should be at the same temperature, so they should be removed from the refrigerator in advance (1 hour). before cooking. The dough should be well kneaded, otherwise the taste of baking will be patchy and the dough will not rise well.
