It often happens that the pork is a bit dry. You will not encounter such a problem if you put out the meat with a sauce of apples and onions. Pork will be aromatic and very soft, with an unusual taste.

You will need

  • For six servings:

  • - 1 kg of lean pork;

  • - 200 ml of white or rosé wine;

  • - 2 apples;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse a whole piece of pork, rub it with pepper and salt. You can use other spices to your liking.

2

Heat the vegetable oil from a pan with a thick non-stick coating, put the peeled garlic cloves in it, fry, then pull them out - garlic was needed only to give the garlic flavor to the oil.

3

Put a piece of meat in a pan, fry it over high heat from all sides to a golden crust. Put on a plate while you are busy with the remaining components of this dish.

4

In oil from pork, fry chopped onions until golden brown. Rinse apples, peel, cut into cubes or straws and add to the onion, pour in white or pink wine, mix thoroughly.

5

Return a piece of pork to the pan, cover it, simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, sometimes turning the meat over. If the sauce thickens too much, you need to add a little ordinary water.

6

After cooking, allow the pork to cool slightly, cut it into thin slices across the fibers. Put on a plate, pour apple sauce on top. It can be served as an independent dish or with some light vegetable side dish.
