We divide the kidneys. We remove grease, films and ducts from them.

Cut each kidney in half lengthwise and soak for 4-5 hours in slightly salted cold water.

Put in a pan and fill with large amounts of water, boil, remove and wash in cold water.

Cut the kidneys across into thin slices, add fat and simmer with seasoning until soft.

We rinse the cereal, put it in a pan, fill it with water and cook until half ready.

Add beef kidneys, onion, which was previously cut, grated carrots, roots, potatoes, cut into small slices, into this pan. Cook over low heat until cooked.

5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, add peeled and diced pickled cucumber. Bring to a boil.
