  • - leek - 20 g;

  • - garlic - 2 cloves;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;

  • - olive oil - 30 ml.

Rinse salmon fillet with water, cut into slices.

Rinse dill with water, remove coarse stems and chop finely. Combine salmon fillet, dill, juice of half a lemon, grind the mixture with a blender.

Cut carrots and zucchini into slices. Fry lightly in vegetable oil. Chop the leek finely. Combine minced fish with vegetables and onions. Mix well.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, put the minced fish with vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes in steaming. The souffle is ready.

Cooking the sauce. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove the peel. Peel the garlic. Grind tomatoes with garlic, salt, add olive oil and a little lemon juice. The sauce is ready.
