You will need:

  • pink salmon - 1 pc.;

  • cheese - 200 g;

  • lemon - 2 pcs.;

  • mayonnaise (67%) - 200 ml;

  • tomatoes (medium size) - 3 pcs.;

  • saffron - several branches;

  • olive oil - 5 tbsp. spoons;

  • salt, pepper - to taste.

First of all, properly prepare the carcass of the fish. Rinse it thoroughly first, then clean it and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into portioned steaks.

Now go in for tomatoes and lemons. Wash the fruits, dry and cut into thin circles with a sharp knife. If the products are too large, cut them into half rings.

In the next step, prepare the cheese. Slice it, if there is no special slicer, carefully chop the cheese into thin slices with a sharp knife. Prepare the foil. You will need several parts by the number of steaks. Spread it with olive oil.

Put a few ringlets of lemon on the foil, put tomato rings on them, put a steak on top, sprinkle it with a mixture of salt and pepper. Put a small pinch of saffron on each piece of pink salmon.

Cover each steak with foil, but be sure to leave free space inside the envelope so that the fish and vegetables give their juice. Put the foil envelopes on a baking sheet and pour some water on it. Send the steaks to bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 35-40 minutes. When 5-7 minutes are left until ready, remove the pan from the oven and spread the cheese slices on each steak. Pink salmon steaks with cream and potatoes

You will need:

  • medium-sized pink salmon carcass - 2 pcs.;

  • potatoes - 1 kg;

  • hard cheese - 150 g;

  • fat sour cream or cream - 250 g;

  • butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

  • black pepper, salt, lemon juice - to taste.

This recipe requires steaks, so if you bought a whole carcass of fish, first of all, cut it. Wash the fish well first, remove the entrails and scales. Well, if you can get already cleaned fish, dry the carcass with a paper towel. Carefully remove all bones.

Cut the prepared pink salmon fillet into several portioned steaks approximately 4-5 cm thick. Sprinkle each of them with pepper and salt, add a little dried basil, sprinkle with lemon juice on top.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into thin slices or medium-sized slices. Then add salt and pepper to it and mix the potatoes in spices as needed.

Lubricate the surface of the baking sheet with a piece of butter and put slices on the baking sheet. Put the fillet on the potatoes and pour everything with fat sour cream or cream. To prevent pink salmon from burning and turning out to be sufficiently juicy and soft, keep it in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.

Sprinkle the finished steaks with grated cheese and put in the oven again for 5-6 minutes. After turning off the fire, do not take pink salmon for another 10 minutes, so that it is even more saturated with juices and cream.

You will need:

  • pink salmon steak - 1 kg;

  • lemon - 1/2 pcs.;

  • carrots, onions - 100 g each;

  • garlic - 1 clove;

  • butter - 100 g;

  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

  • salt, spices - to taste.

Rinse the steaks thoroughly and pat them dry with a towel. Mix spices and salt with lemon juice, fill the fish and leave in the resulting marinade for 15-20 minutes. Then put the steaks on a foil greased with sunflower oil.
