  • - 250 g of chicken ham;

  • - 120 g of potatoes;

  • - 100 ml cream;

  • - 50 g of carrots, onions, bell pepper;

Instruction manual

1

Put the chicken legs in a pan, fill it with cold water, boil until cooked, periodically removing the emerging foam. Pull out the prepared leg, cool slightly and disassemble into fibrous pieces directly with your hands.

2

Peel onions, peppers, carrots and potatoes, cut into small cubes - so it will be more convenient for children to eat, if you cook for yourself, you can cut vegetables as you prefer. Send vegetables to chicken stock. At this stage, you can add any fresh herbs to the pan so that it gives the broth a fresh aroma and saturates it with vitamins.

3

Throw curly pasta into the pan, pepper and salt. You can take pasta in the form of different animals or the alphabet - children will like to get such a beautiful soup for lunch.

4

You can cook crackers for the soup yourself. To do this, cut three slices of loaf into cubes, bake in the oven until golden brown, pour oil on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, you can add ground paprika. In self-made crackers there is no chemistry, as in purchased ones.

5

Pour the cream into the soup, stir, add fresh tomato, pieces of chicken, crackers, chopped greens. Boil quail eggs in advance hard-boiled, peel, cut in half and add to the soup. Sprinkle with a mixture of ground peppers, add pumpkin oil. Serve the creamy chicken soup immediately.
