Cheese crackers can be made on their own using a minimum of products. Such crackers will be much tastier than purchased.

You will need
220 grams of Cheddar cheese (or other hard plastic), 4 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cold water.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the butter into small cubes.

Grind cheese, butter, flour, salt in a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Pour water into the resulting mass and mix well.

Roll the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Thinly roll chilled dough and use crackers to cut crackers.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the figures.

Bake for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Crackers should turn golden. Cool and serve.
