Cooking dough. Pound the butter (100 g) with sugar, add the egg (1 pc.), Beat with a mixer. Mix flour (150 g) with soda. Combine the flour with a mixture of butter, eggs and sugar. Knead the dough. Wrap the finished dough in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Cooking cream. Slightly fry the remaining flour in a pan (2-3 minutes). Chill. Mix flour with eggs, beat the mixture with a mixer.

Bring the milk and salt to a boil and pour in a thin stream into the egg-flour mixture, stirring constantly. Boil the mixture over low heat until thickened. Add oil (80 g) and pepper. Shuffle. The cream is ready.

Grate the cheese.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the dough on a baking sheet and roll it into a layer about 5 mm thick. Cover the dough with half the amount of grated cheese. Spread the cream on top with an even layer. Put the remaining cheese on the cream. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut the finished pie with diamonds. The dish is ready!
