You will need

  • For four servings:

  • - 1 kg of pork or lamb;

  • - 250 g of yogurt;

  • - a bunch of peppermint;

  • - 5 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1.5 pcs. bell pepper;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Worcestershire sauce;

  • - salt, black pepper.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse the peppermint, peel the garlic. In a blender, grind the mint along with garlic and salt until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce, natural yogurt without any additives. Beat well until smooth.

2

Rinse a piece of fresh meat, cut into small cubes. Note that too small pieces of meat will quickly turn into coals, and large pieces need to be cooked for a long time, so the golden mean is important here. Pour the pieces of meat with a mint marinade, let stand for 1-2 hours - this is quite enough for the kebab to be saturated with a special aroma. You can add onion, cut into rings, to the meat at this stage.

3

Preheat the coals. Cut bell pepper coarsely, string onto skewers, alternating with pieces of meat and onion rings, if added to the marinade. Fry over the coals until cooked. Serve the kebab in the mint marinade hot directly on the skewers.
