Salad "Nezhnyatinka"
This salad got its name for its gentle and light taste. To prepare for 6 servings you will need:
- 5 boiled chicken eggs;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- onions (shallots, but you can take ordinary onions) - 1 piece;
- crab sticks - a pack of 250 g;
- 1 large apple;
- mayonnaise.
The salad is made in layers, each layer, except for the oil and the top (yolk), is smeared with mayonnaise. Layer order:
- finely chopped egg whites
- grated cheese
- cool the butter in a freezer and grate on a medium grater
- finely chopped onion
- crab sticks, diced
- grated apple
- Top the salad with egg yolks grated on a fine grater. Before serving, let the salad stand for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
