You will need

  • For four servings:

  • - 180 g of young octopus in oil;

  • - 4 petiole celery;

  • - 1 mango;

  • - 100 g canned corn;

  • - juice from half a lemon;

  • - 2 cm ginger root.

  • For the sauce:

  • - 1 raw yolk;

  • - 100 ml of vegetable oil;

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of fat cream;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of ketchup;

  • - 0.5 tsp of mustard;

  • - 0.5 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce;

  • - salt to taste.

First prepare the sauce. To do this, carefully rub the egg yolk with mustard. Pour in vegetable oil in small portions without ceasing to whisk the mixture. Add salt to your liking.

Peel the ginger root, rub it on a fine grater. Add ginger to the sauce, send ketchup with Tabasco sauce and cream of 35% fat there (whisk them separately separately beforehand). Stir until completely homogeneous - the salad dressing is ready, you can put it in the refrigerator for now.

Now prepare all the components of the salad. Rinse the celery stalks, cut them thinly. Peel the mango, cut into cubes, remove the bone. Canned corn can be taken both in grains and in mini-cobs. If you have cobs, then cut them into small pieces, and drain all the liquid from the corn kernels.

Take a jar of octopus in oil, drain all the oil, put the octopuses in a deep bowl, add prepared corn, mango and celery stalks to them. Arrange the finished salad on portioned plates, pour abundantly on top with the sauce prepared earlier.

You can also decorate the finished salad with octopus and mango with celery leaves. Serve immediately.
