Salad "Meat in confinement" is suitable for a festive table due to its original design. And most importantly - it is tasty and simple. Preparing the salad in half an hour, you get four servings. Try it - you will not forget the combination of soy sauce, sesame and mushrooms!

- - 300 g of meat;
- - 150 g of champignons;
- - 100 g puff pastry;
- - 60 g of cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce;
- - 1 egg;
- - mayonnaise, sesame seeds, fresh herbs.
Instruction manual

Take any meat (beef or pork), cut into small pieces. Add soy sauce and spices to taste, leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry the mushrooms and meat separately until cooked. Rub the cheese on a grater.

Mix all the components of the salad: mushrooms, meat, cheese, season with mayonnaise.

Roll out the dough, make cuts in a checkerboard pattern. Roll a ball from parchment paper, wrap it with foil, cover it with a net of dough. Spread with beaten chicken egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake until golden brown in the oven at 180 degrees.
