- - canned cod liver oil - 1 can
- - eggs - 4 pieces
- - potatoes - 2 pieces
- - carrots - 1 piece
- - onion - 2 pieces
- - mayonnaise - 300 g

Washed, unpeeled potatoes, boil carrots. Cool the vegetables. Peel them, grate on a coarse grater.

Chop the onion finely. If after that pour hot water for 5 minutes, and then drain it, bitterness will go away. Do this if desired.

Hard-boiled eggs. Pour them with cold water to cool. After cleaning the eggs, grate the squirrels and yolks separately on a fine grater.

Carefully drain the cod liver oil jar. Grind it. You can do this right in the bank using a plug.

Wash the lettuce leaves. Place them on a platter. Lay out the salad in layers: grated potatoes - salt, liver, mayonnaise, carrots, proteins - salt a little, mayonnaise, onions, yolks. Lay on top small branches of dill.
Useful advice
Garnish "Mimosa" in a festive version with pomegranate seeds. Line them around the edge of the dish. And you can arrange pomegranate seeds on the entire surface of the salad in the form of a picture depicting, for example, a fish.
