  • - cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.;

  • - bell pepper (yellow) - 1 pc.;

  • - mustard - 2 tsp;

  • - lemon - 1 pc.;

  • - sugar - 0.5 tsp;

  • - lettuce leaves - 10 pcs.;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Meat preparation. Rinse the turkey fillet with water and pat dry. Cut the fillet into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the turkey until cooked. At the end of the roasting, salt and pepper the meat. Put turkey slices on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Cooking dressing. Peel the onion and cut into small squares. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Pour onion with lemon juice and leave for 5 minutes. Combine mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, chopped onion and remaining lemon juice. Mix well. Refueling is ready.

Rinse tomatoes and pepper with water and pat dry. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. At the pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut it into thin strips. Wash and tear lettuce leaves by hand.

Put lettuce leaves on the dish, put tomato slices on top, then evenly spread the turkey slices. Top with a straw of pepper. Pour the finished salad dressing, refrigerate for 40 minutes. The dish is ready!
