Savoy cabbage in its shape resembles a white cabbage, however, it has thin openwork leaves. For the first time they began to grow it in Italy in Savoy - from here it got its name. Savoy cabbage contains more vitamin C than white cabbage. I suggest trying to cook a dish of savoy cabbage and minced meat. The indicated amount of food is enough for 4 servings.

- - beef - 200 g;

- - sour cream - 6 tbsp. l.;

- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;

- - dill - 30 g;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Boil savoy cabbage in salted water for about 5 minutes. Take the leaves out of the water, dry, remove the coarse veins, gently beat off.

Cooking minced meat. Rinse the meat, cut into slices, twist in a meat grinder. Peel the onion (1 pc.), Chop coarsely and twist together with the meat. Salt, pepper.

Finely chop the half of the dill.

Add minced dill greens, sour cream (3 tbsp.), Egg to the minced meat. Shuffle. Stuffing is ready.

Bend the edges of the cabbage leaf so that a layer is formed. In a cabbage leaf, wrap 1-2 tbsp. l minced meat starting at the base of the sheet. Place the rolls in a pan and fry in vegetable oil on all sides. Turn off the heat and transfer all the cabbage rolls to the pan.

Cooking the sauce. Peel and chop the onion. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add sour cream, salt, pepper. Sprinkle the sauce with flour and mix.

Put the sauce on rolls, add a little water in which cabbage leaves were cooked, add bay leaf and simmer for 10-12 minutes under the lid. Before serving, decorate the dish with fresh herbs. The dish is ready.

To greatly simplify the preparation of the dish, you can take ordinary sausages instead of minced meat.
