The fillings for rolls with pita bread can be so varied that both quite expensive products and those that simply remained in the refrigerator from yesterday's dinner can be used. It is only important to creatively prepare this dish.

Cheese and Vegetable Rolls

To prepare this dish you will need:

- 2 sheets of thin pita bread;

- some mayonnaise;

- 50 g of asparagus and carrots cooked in Korean;

- 100 g of thread cheese.

Lavash sheets must be greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise, after which vegetables and cheese should be spread on the edge of each of them with a uniform and not too thick layer. To give the rolls a shape, the sheets must be twisted as tightly as possible, and then put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to fix the shape. Then you need to cut the pita bread with a sharp knife into pieces of the desired thickness and you can serve the dish on the table.

It is most convenient to lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise using a special silicone cooking brush.

Smoked rolls

In this recipe, you can use any kind of delicious meat products, whose shape allows you to bend without compromising content. In addition to the filling of rolls in the form of carbonate, ham, neck or other types of delicacies, it is worth taking the same mayonnaise for lubrication and lettuce to give contrast to the taste.

The principle of creating rolls is somewhat different: lettuce and thinly cut meat are laid out on a lavash greased with mayonnaise over the entire plane, after which the pita roll is rolled and cut in portions.

Lavash rolls with red fish

To get this holiday snack, you need:

- 2 sheets of pita bread;

- 250 g of salted red fish;

- 50 g of butter;

- greens of dill;

- 1 lemon.

Before use, butter should be brought to room temperature, and then applied to the entire surface of the sheets with a thin layer. No less thinly cut fish is laid out on top of the oil, which is sprinkled with dill on top. On one edge of the sheets, put slices of lemon without a peel, then roll the rolls, cool and cut them.

Fish for the filling can be either delicious varieties of the salmon type, or more available in the form of pink salmon.

Crab sticks rolls

To create this affordable snack you need only pita bread, crab sticks, seedless olives, pickles and mayonnaise to taste. Chopsticks need to be finely chopped, mixed with chopped olives and cucumbers, seasoning the minced meat with mayonnaise so that it turns out to be liquid enough for applying to pita bread. After the filling is distributed over its entire plane, it remains only to make a roll of pita bread, cool and cut it.
