Pepper, salt each piece of fillet on both sides. Put the fish in a pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry on both sides until cooked.

Prepare a fish coat. To do this, cut the crusts from each bread slice, and cut the crumb into cubes and fold them into a blender. Put chopped parsley, dill, grated cheese and softened butter there. Grind all the ingredients. Put the resulting mass on the fish, send to the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.

Now make the sauce. To do this, cut the cherry into halves. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tomatoes until they give juice. Then add chopped green onions and salt to taste. Add mustard and simmer for 5 minutes.

Arrange the finished fish in portions, pour the sauce and serve immediately. Garnish can be cooked with potatoes or a salad of fresh vegetables.
