When baking carp in the oven, always use vegetables. They will give the fish a special taste and act as a side dish. And to make the dish delicious, you need to use chopped greens for decoration.

Carp with mayonnaise and vegetables

To cook carp in the oven according to this recipe, you will need to take the following ingredients:

- fresh carp - 2 pcs.;

- carrots - 1 pc.;

- tomato - 2 pcs.;

- onions - 3 pcs.;

- mayonnaise - 100 ml;

- spices for fish - 1 tsp;

- dill and parsley - ½ bunch;

- lemon - 1 pc.;

- olive oil - 20 ml;

- garlic - 3 cloves.

Grate the washed carrots, peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put the vegetables in a frying pan, pour olive oil there and fry them for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the fish from husks and giblets, rinse thoroughly under running water and dry on a paper towel. Put it on a cutting board and make several cuts on each carp.

In a clean bowl, mix mayonnaise with spices. In the resulting mass, coat the fish. Then, wash the washed tomatoes in circles and put them inside each carp. Put the fried onions and carrots on a greased form, and on them - fish. Sprinkle it with garlic, which must be peeled and chopped in advance. Then squeeze the juice from the lemon and sprinkle it with the carps.

Please note that salt is not used in the preparation of carps, as it is already found in fish spices.

Bake the dish for 25 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Be sure to check the readiness before pulling out the fish. Make an incision in the thickest part of the fish and see what color the flesh is. If it has a transparent color, then cook the carps for another 10-15 minutes, if it is white, then you can get them and serve them to the table, after sprinkling with chopped greens.

Carp with potatoes and sour cream

It turns out very tender carps meat according to this recipe. It provides the following ingredients:

- carp - 1 pc.;

- onion - 2 pcs.;

- potatoes - 6 pcs.;

- sour cream (fat content 15%) - 40 ml;

- white wine - 20 ml;

- spices (oregano and coriander) - 5 g;

- salt and pepper - to taste;

- sunflower oil - 10 ml;

- dill - ½ bunch.

Oil a baking sheet. Then clean the carp inside and out. Dry the fish on a paper towel, and then lay on a baking sheet. Pour sour cream into a bowl, add salt, wine, spices and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to create a homogeneous mass.

For the preparation of carps in the oven, it is better to use dry white wine. It will give the fish a piquant taste.

Peel, wash and chop the potatoes into thin slices. Put it next to the fish. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put them on top of the potatoes. Then pour vegetables and fish with a mixture of wine and sour cream. Put the dish in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Then pull the carps and potatoes into a dish, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve hot to the table.
