Puff meat salad
For cooking, you need half a kilogram of boiled beef, one glass of peeled walnuts, six medium-sized pickles, three cloves of garlic, four eggs, half a glass of mayonnaise.
Prepare the ingredients: cut cucumbers, meat and eggs into cubes, chop walnuts and garlic. Puff meat salad, therefore, the components of the dishes should be laid in a salad bowl in layers, in the following order: beef; cucumbers mixed with garlic; the eggs. Grease each layer with mayonnaise, and the final one - sprinkle with nuts.
Ham salad with champignons
It is necessary to cut into squares of three hundred grams of champignon, tomato, ham. Grate sixty grams of hard cheese and three boiled eggs. Peel and chop the onion. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan, pour the same amount of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms with onions in it until tender. Salt mushrooms when frying.
