It’s not much harder to make a salad with celery and apple. Its ingredients: 3-4 petiole celery, 1 sour apple, 50-60 g of edam cheese, a couple of tablespoons of yogurt for dressing, a pinch of salt.

Another variety of cucumber-celery salad includes 100-150 g of skinless boiled chicken, 3-4 celery stalks, 1 boiled carrot, 1 fresh cucumber, a third of a can of peas, 2 boiled eggs, 4 tbsp. yogurt or light mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sour cream, a bunch of green onions and dill, arugula packing and a pinch of salt.

Chicken and all vegetables cut into small cubes, also do with peeled eggs. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl. For dressing, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onions and dill, mix them well until smooth.

Season the ingredients with the sauce, add canned peas and arugula to the salad bowl, mix the foods well and serve. This dish will look great in small graceful bowls.
