Raspberry Wine Recipe

You will need:

- three kilograms of raspberries;

- three liters of water;

- three kilograms of sugar.

Sort the raspberries and chop them with a blender. Take three liters of water, pour it into the pan, add all the cooked sugar and put on fire. Heat the mixture to 60-70 degrees (sugar must dissolve), then cool to 20 degrees and put in it the previously prepared raspberry puree.

Mix everything thoroughly, cover the pan with a lid and place the container in a dark, warm place for five days. After the lapse of time, strain the mixture and pour into clean, dry bottles, close them with stoppers (it is advisable to keep the stoppers in wine for several hours beforehand). Keep the drink in a cool place.

Raspberry Jam Wine Recipe

You will need:

- three liters of water;

- a liter of raspberry jam;

- a glass of raisins.

Boil the water, cool it to 35-40 degrees and mix with raspberry jam and raisins. Pour the resulting mass into a bottle, pull a regular rubber glove (medical, can be purchased at any pharmacy) on the neck of the bottle and put the wine in a dark place for about 25-30 days.

As soon as the fermentation is over (the rubber glove is deflated, the contents of the bottle become less cloudy), transfer the wine to another pre-prepared bottle, close it with a lid and let it brew in a cool place for three days. Pour the finished wine into clean containers (carefully so as not to affect the sediment), cover with corks and store in a dark, cool place.

Homemade Raspberry Wine Recipe

You will need:

- three kilograms of raspberries;

- 200 grams of granulated sugar;

- two liters of water;

- 200 ml of alcohol.

Sort the raspberries and, without washing it, pour a liter of water, add sugar and mix. Squeeze the juice from the resulting mass, and pour the remaining mass with the remaining water, leave for several hours, then squeeze the juice again. Mix the resulting juice with the previous one, pour it into a bottle and put in a warm place for 10 days.

After the lapse of time, strain the drink, taste it and, if necessary, add sugar and leave it in a warm place until the end of fermentation (to understand that fermentation is not difficult, by this time the foam on the surface of the drink disappears, the wine becomes more transparent). Add alcohol to the wine, stir, pour into clean bottles and close them with corks.
