You will need

  • - fish stock 1.2 l

  • - boiled pink salmon 300 g

  • - potatoes 2 pcs.

  • - onion 1 head

  • - carrots 2 pcs.

  • - pearl barley 1 cup

  • - 2 pickles

  • - Bay leaf

  • - salt to taste

Cut the potatoes into slices, carrots into slices, and onions into half rings.

Combine onions and carrots and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

Chop pickles and simmer them in a small amount of water for 15 minutes.

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Cook the pearl barley separately until cooked.

Bring the broth to a boil, put potatoes in it and cook for 10 minutes. Add the fried onions and carrots, cucumbers, cooked cereals, fish and bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes. When serving, add chopped greens to each plate.

So that the fish broth is not cloudy, be sure to cook pearl barley separately.
