Crab sticks, who does not know about them. There is probably no such person in our country who has not tried this product at least once, even if it’s just in a salad. In my recipe, crab sticks are the main ingredient. Everything is prepared quickly and easily.

Crab sticks have become a very popular product. Probably you can’t do without them, preparing treats for the festive table. My recipe is quite simple, but after spending a little time on it, you will prepare an excellent appetizer that will suit any hot meal or just be an independent dish on your table.
For cooking, of course, we need crab sticks that you can deploy. There are special crab sticks for rolls on sale, a very convenient thing, it happens that I use them, but this time I bought the most ordinary ones.
We also need cheese somewhere 70-100 gr, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2-3 cloves of garlic, if you like spicy, you can use more.
We start cooking. Rub cheese on a fine grater, garlic either finely three, or chop as finely as possible. We take a container or a plate, put cheese in it, add mayonnaise and garlic. Mix everything well so that the garlic is distributed throughout the mass. If necessary, add salt. I took a rather salty sort of cheese, so I didn’t add it.
We unfold the crab sticks, grease it with our garlic-cheese mixture and carefully wrap it back. Do it with every wand. Carefully cut the finished rolls with a sharp knife into beautiful pieces and put them on a plate. For decoration, you can use any greens.
