You will need

- - 5 g of dry yeast;
- - 75 g melted butter;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 800 g of wheat flour;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 1 pinch of extra salt;
- - 1 PC. eggs.
- For filling:
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of cardamom;
- - 300 g of almond crumbs;
- - 300 g of sugar.

Dissolve yeast and a spoonful of sugar in warm milk, wait 15 minutes for the yeast to activate. Then add sour cream, egg, melted butter. Pour flour in small portions.

Knead the elastic dough. Knead it well to make it shine. Cover the dough and leave for 1.5 hours in a warm place to increase in volume. Prepare the filling: mix almonds and cardamom, crushed in a coffee grinder, with sugar.

Knead the dough slightly and divide it into 10 parts. Roll out each piece very squarely. It should be transparent. Put all the squares in a stack, smearing them with slightly ghee, leave the top square dry. Roll the squares into a roll. Cut the roll into slices 1.5 cm thick.

In the center of each roll, gently press with your fingers to form a cup. Pour the filling into the recess, 3 teaspoons each. Pinch the edges, like a pie, but do not pull the edges hard so as not to damage the layers of the roll.

Turn each stuffed roll down with a seam and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
