You will need
- - 450 g flour;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 130 g of yogurt without flavoring;
- - 4 apples;
- - 1 egg;
- - a bag of baking powder for the test;

Mix the flour with 80 g of sugar, add the egg, chopped butter, yogurt, salt and baking powder. Knead uniform dough. Divide the dough into two parts - one should be larger than the second.

Roll out most of the dough into a thin layer, put it in a greased form, or a frying pan covered with baking paper. Make the sides.

Rinse the apples, peel, cut into thin plates, put on the dough on top. Sprinkle apples with sugar.

Roll out the second part of the dough, cover it with a pie, pinch the sides. Bake for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. In the pan, the dough will cook longer, cover it with baking paper, close the lid.
