- - 100 g of honey
- - 20 g of flour,
- - 100 g of apple jam.

First I knead the dough. In a saucepan, beat the eggs, pour warm milk into them, dissolve the yeast in this mass. Add salt, sugar, butter. I mix it all and start adding flour, kneading the dough until the consistency of thick sour cream.

I put the saucepan for 1-2 hours in a warm place so that the dough rises. Usually I cook two types of sweet cakes: from viburnum and apple jam. Be sure to steam the guelder-rose, put it in the oven, heated to a temperature of 180 °, for 20-25 minutes.

Immediately add honey to it so that it is not only steamed, but also saturated with honey. Kalina turns sweet, with acidity. I also pre-cook apple jam for pies, mix it with flour to make it thicker. Viburnum pies are usually shaped into triangles, but I make apple pies with open edges and a hole in the middle - it seems to me that they turn out tastier like that. At the end, grease the pies with a beaten egg and put in the oven, heated to 200 °, for 10-15 minutes.
