Roll out the dough into 2 layers, put one in a greased form and make sides. Place the filling in the middle, flatten with a spoon and cover with a second circle of dough. Pinch the pie around the edges, in the middle you can make a round hole. Grease the cake with yolk, put in the oven, heated to 190 ° C and cook for 40 minutes.

Simple Mushroom Pie

Greenhouse champignons can be easily removed and quickly processed. For a simple mushroom pie, knead the dough with 250 grams of sifted flour, 150 grams of dissolved butter, a pinch of table salt and a couple of raw yolks. Put in the refrigerator compartment for a couple of hours, covering with cling film.

A half a kilo of champignons peel, wash, chop and mix with a pair of chopped onions. Stew in melted butter over moderate heat for 5-7 minutes. Finely chop a bunch of fresh dill, mix with mushrooms. Add paprika and curry to taste.

Set aside a small amount of dough, roll the rest into a layer. Put in a mold lined with baking paper, cover also with paper and put for 10-12 minutes in an oven heated to 200 ° C.

Knock a couple of eggs in a bowl, beat lightly with a broom, then mix with a glass of sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove the baked dough from the oven, sprinkle with a layer of breadcrumbs. Put the mushrooms, flatten with a spoon, pour eggs and sour cream. Finely chop the laid-off piece of dough by hand and sprinkle the top of the pie on it. Hold in the oven for another half hour.

Sift a half cup of wheat flour into a bowl, mix with a pinch of salt. Put 90 grams of butter and finely chop with a knife, then manually mix very well with flour. Separate a pair of egg yolks, dip into a clean container and pour three cups of ice water. Beat.

Roll out the chilled dough in a circle. Grease a form or a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out a dough sheet and make sides. Put baking paper on top. In order for the cake to retain its shape, you can use the culinary trick: put dry beans on paper. Put the base of the pie in the oven, heated to 190 ° C, and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the cake, remove the beans and baking paper. Set the oven temperature to 180 ° C, and hold the baked cake base in the room until it becomes warm. Place stewed mushrooms on the cake.

In an individual container, beat the egg and add a couple of raw yolks, half a glass of 33-35% cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and pour the mushroom filling with the mixture. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Pour 125 ml of milk heated to 35 ° C into a small enameled pan or bowl. Stir a couple of tablespoons of sifted flour with a bag of dry yeast, pour into milk with stirring and keep the dough warm for 15 minutes.

After that, when stirring, sift 250 grams of flour into the dough, put 5 grams of granulated sugar, a pinch of salt. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Separately, lightly beat the egg with a broom or fork, after which also introduce into the dough and mix everything. Cover with a clean towel and let stand for half an hour.

A pound of mushrooms and a couple of onion heads, peel, wash, chop. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil separately, onions - separately, then salt all the ingredients. Grease a baking sheet with oil and stretch a dough sheet on it. Place mushroom stuffing on it, then onion fry.

In a bowl, beat a couple of eggs, mix with three tablespoons of sour cream and 0.5 cups of grated hard cheese. Salt to taste and pour the resulting pizza-pie mixture.

Wash the pod of red bell pepper, remove the stem and middle with seeds. Grind into mugs. Thin slices cut 100 grams of sausage or ham, then put together with pepper on the egg mixture. You can decorate pastries with olives or olives. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C until golden brown, it is about half an hour.
