You will need
- On the round shape 26 cm:
- 5 yolks;
- 125 g of sugar;
- 125 g of olive oil;
- 400 g of boiled condensed milk;
- 225 g of flour;
- 1.25 tsp baking powder;
- 180 g of your favorite nuts.

Using a mixer, whisk the yolks and sugar until white. Add the condensed milk and vegetable oil. Beat well until smooth.

Sift flour with baking powder and combine with liquid ingredients. Knead until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the nuts into medium crumb and mix into the dough. We line the form with parchment and put the dough into it. We send it to the oven for 40 - 50 minutes. A toothpick will come out of the finished cake dry! Cool, cut and serve to a cup of hot tea. Bon Appetit!
