Chop onions, grate carrots. Fry onions and carrots in a pan with vegetable oil.

Put the minced chicken with vegetables, salt and pepper. Fry over low heat for another 20 minutes.

Prepare the remaining components: cut the tomatoes into slices, sweet pepper into small strips. Grate the cheese.
