Pizza is a tasty and hearty dish, perfect for a snack. The dish is prepared on the basis of almost any dough (yeast, yeast-free and even puff), the filling for the treat is taken at its discretion. Since it takes a lot of time to prepare yeast pizza dough for pizza, some housewives prefer to use a yeast-free product, which is prepared in just a few minutes.

Pizza is a great snack, and if you stuff the product with mushrooms, minced meat or other things, then the dish can become the main dish on the table. Of course, it’s not worth eating pizza daily, because this eating habit can adversely affect the figure and health, but occasionally you can treat yourself to this delicious pastry.

When cooking pizza, special attention should be paid to the preparation of the dough, because the final taste of the product will depend on it. If it is necessary to get pizza on soft shortcake, then it is better to cook a delicacy on yeast dough, if you want to try pizza on a thin crispy base, then for its preparation you should refuse yeast and knead the dough just with milk (you can use sour).

How to make pizza dough in milk without yeast

The dough without yeast is good because it is cooked very quickly, because you do not need to wait several hours when the dough comes up, the dough itself rises. With a yeast-free product you can work after 10-15 minutes after mixing all the ingredients. And this is a huge plus, especially when guests are "on the doorstep" and you need to quickly cook something.

To make the yeast-free pizza dough soft and tasty, you should strictly observe the proportions of the ingredients when mixing the product, and also adhere to certain rules when cooking dishes. So, when preparing pizza dough:

  • use only fresh food at room temperature;

  • be sure to beat the dough (this will give it special elasticity);

  • after mixing all the ingredients, insist on the product for at least 10 minutes (later it will be easier to work with it).

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of milk;

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt;

  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil;

  • two glasses of flour (or a little less).

Step by step recipe:

Sift the flour through a sieve a couple of times (the procedure is mandatory, if you neglect it, then the pizza cake will be firm, it will be impossible to eat). Add salt, butter and milk to the flour, mix everything well. First, use a spatula or a spoon to mix the ingredients, then when the mass turns into a large single lump, begin to knead the dough with your hands.

Beat the dough on the table, then place it in a deep bowl, cover with a napkin or plastic wrap and leave it to rest for a few minutes. Roll out the finished dough into a layer five millimeters thick and use it as a base for pizza.

Sour milk pizza dough without yeast

This option is suitable for those who want to cook pizza quickly, but at the same time to make the dough soft and airy. The most important thing in the recipe is not to overdo it with soda, because if you put more of this ingredient than the recipe requires, then instead of pizza you get an open pie (the dough rises too much).

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of sour milk;

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt;

  • two tea spoons of sugar;

  • two eggs;

  • one teaspoon of soda;

  • 500 grams of flour (or a little more);

  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Step by step recipe:

Heat the milk slightly (up to 20-25 degrees). This should be done carefully so that the product does not curl. Add salt, sugar, soda and a tablespoon of butter to the milk, mix. Beat a couple of eggs.

Sift flour on a work surface with a slide. Make a depression in the flour, then gradually pour the previously prepared milk mass into it and mix. Knead the elastic dough and immediately start rolling it out, forming a pizza cake.

Oven-free pizza in milk without yeast

If you want to cook a classic homemade pizza with milk without yeast, then you should pay attention to this recipe. The ingredients for the dish are selected so that both adults and children are happy to eat the product.

In addition, the recipe has one advantage - there is no need to roll out the dough, which saves time. That is, it takes less time to prepare pizza, and to clean the kitchen after cooking.

You will need:

  • a glass of milk;

  • one egg;

  • a teaspoon of salt;

  • a glass of flour;

  • 1/2 teaspoon of soda;

  • one large tomato;

  • one bell pepper;

  • 100 grams of cheese;

  • five to six champignons;

  • ketchup and mayonnaise (for greasing the dough) - to taste.

Recipe:

Beat the egg and salt in a dense foam (without this step, the pizza dough will taste like plasticine, that is, it will be dense, not airy). Add milk, soda and flour to the mass, mix so that there are no lumps. Cover the baking dish with parchment (oiled) and pour the cooked dough into it. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes (you need to bake the top of the cake for further work with the workpiece).

While the dough is preparing, rinse the vegetables, cut them and mushrooms into thin slices or slices. Remove the semi-finished dough from the oven, grease it with mayonnaise and / or ketchup, put the filling on top and sprinkle it with plenty of grated cheese.

Place the pizza in the oven for another 10 minutes, but have already set the temperature on the kitchen appliance to 220 degrees. At the end of time, remove the food from the oven and serve. When hot, the product is tastier, so you should not postpone the meal for later.

Trick: exactly according to this recipe you can cook pizza in a pan on the stove. If you use a thick-bottom pan with a tight-fitting lid to create this culinary masterpiece, then the pastries will turn out to be almost worse than the one that was cooked in the oven.
