- - 300 ml of milk (150 ml - in the dough, 150 ml - for dipping)

Grind sugar with butter, yolks, then add vanillin, salt, lemon zest, milk, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough from the ingredients, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

To prepare the filling: mix 2 protein, 130 g sugar, almonds, vanillin, lemon zest.
Mix all the components well, a thick mass should be obtained by consistency. If it turns out to be liquid, then you need to add a spoonful of crushed crackers, if it is too thick - a spoonful of milk.

The finished dough is divided into several parts. After rolling out the dough, cut circles with a diameter of about 7 cm.
On each circle, put half a teaspoon of the filling and form a lemon shape.
Bake cookies for 20 minutes at 160 ° C degrees.

Decorate chilled cookies: pour 150 ml of milk into a cup, add a few drops of yellow dye and dip the cookies in the milk mixture, and then roll it in sugar.
