This dish is great for dinner - it is nutritious, tasty and not too heavy for the stomach. And the asparagus and red fish included in its composition contain many vitamins and minerals useful for the body.

You will need

  • - 150 g of salmon fillet;

  • - 300 g of paste;

  • - 200 g of asparagus;

  • - 100 g butter;

  • - 300 ml cream;

  • - 50 g of parmesan;

  • - salt to taste;

  • - 2 cherry tomatoes.

For asparagus, cut the solid base of the shoots, then collect it in a bunch and tie it up with threads. Immerse in boiling salted water vertically, so that the tender tops stick out of the water and steam. After 5 minutes, remove the asparagus and rinse in cold water.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry small pieces of salmon fillet in it. Salt and add the asparagus, cut into pieces 4 cm long. Pour all the cream and bring to a boil.

Boil the pasta in salted water. It should become soft, but not boil. Drain and add the pasta to the pan for asparagus and fish. Mix everything, cover and let simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat.

Put the prepared pasta on a plate and sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan. Serve to the table, garnished with halves of cherry tomatoes.
