  • milk - 0.5 liters

  • eggs - 1 piece

  • cocoa - 4 tablespoons

  • flour - 2 tablespoons

  • butter - 70 grams

  • vanillin - a pinch

Cooking

Peeled nuts (sometimes they are pre-fried in a frying pan without oil) are chopped with a blender. Next, you need to boil and cool the milk. In a separate container, mix flour, sugar and cocoa, add an egg. Grind all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Then you need to pour milk into the resulting mixture, cover the chopped nuts. After this, the mixture is put on fire and cooked, stirring constantly, until the mass becomes thick. You can add a little butter and vanilla to the finished product for sweetness.

Recipe without heat treatment

Ingredients:

  • almonds - 300 grams

  • sugar - 200 grams

  • butter - 50 grams

  • salt - a pinch

Cooking:

First of all, almonds need to be dried in an oven, heated to a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. Keep the nuts in the oven for 5 minutes until they darken slightly. Next, the product is allowed to cool and grind with a blender. For the mass to become sufficiently homogeneous without lumps, it takes about 15 minutes. After the nuts turn into "dust", they add sugar and salt. The mixture is again ground in a blender. This time around two to three minutes is enough. As soon as the sugar dissolves, oil is added to the paste and again everything is mixed to the desired consistency.
