- - butter - 50 g;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;

- - pork (fillet) - 500 g;
- - bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - onions - 2 heads;
- - cream (33-38%) - 100 ml;
- - milk (2.5%) - 100 ml;
- - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - hard cheese - 50 g.

Cooking dough. Peel, chop and boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, mash the potatoes. Add 1 egg, butter, mix.

Pour the flour into the mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Put it in a split mold, oiled, making the sides. Put the form with the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Cooking toppings. Pepper from seeds, cut not coarsely. Cut the onion into half rings. Fry the onion and pepper in vegetable oil.

The meat must be washed and cut into small cubes. Combine meat with vegetables, salt, pepper and fry until half-cooked. Dice tomatoes. Combine with meat and vegetables and simmer another 5 minutes.

Cooking fill. Combine cream, milk, tomato paste and two eggs. Salt. Beat well.

Grate the cheese.

Put the filling in the form with the dough, pour the pie on top with filling. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees 40 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the cake with grated cheese. The delicious cake is ready! Bon Appetit!
